Bonaire
is well known as one of the world's top scuba diving
destinations! The Bonaire Marine Park was established
more than 20 years ago and encompasses the entire coastline
of Bonaire and it's satellite island, Klein Bonaire.
Acknowledged as a world leader in marine conversation,
Bonaire also boasts the undisputed title of Fish Capital
of the Caribbean with more than 300 species of fish.
Avid fish ID enthusiasts can count more than 100 fish
on a single dive.
Bonaire's
fringing reefs surround the entire island of Bonaire
and Klein Bonaire, making Bonaire the top destination
in the world for shore diving, with each of its more
than 80 dive sites being right offshore.
Bonaire
also offers great topside activities such as windsurfing,
kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, mountain biking, hiking
and more! Bonaire is a truly unique Caribbean island
whose friendly people enjoy a laid back lifestyle in
balance with nature; where wild donkeys roam the streets
and there are more flamingos than people. Come see why
even their license plates proclaim the essence of their
existence... DIVER'S PARADISE.
